Someone has bought my site and hosting account, how do I change the account responsibility?

with your domain name, as well as the name of the person or company who is taking over your web site and hosting account.
Once we receive and verify this information, we will ask that you have the buyer of your site contact us to confirm that they indeed wish to assume responsibility of your site and web hosting charges.
Upon confirmation, we will ask the new owner for their complete contact information (physical mailing address, telephone number, fax number) and then provide them with a new welcome email for the account in question.
Can I upgrade my plan to a higher plan any time? Is there any extra setup fee?
Yes. You may upgrade to a higher level of plan any time by contacting one of our customer service representative.
There is no extra hidden charges or setup fee involved. You only have to pay the price difference between the new and old plan.
How do I update my contact information with Sen9?
If you should ever wish to update your account's default contact information (physical address, telephone number, fax number, et cetera), please contact our Billing department.
