After you have completed your order, we will receive a payment confirmation. Your hosting account will be created immediately after we receive that payment confirmation. After the account is created, you will be sent a welcome e-mail with all the login information that you need for your account.

If you are willing to speed up the account creation process, you can contact one of our representatives on the live chat. You should mention the payment number you have received in the e-mail confirmation of your order.

Please note that your CPanel username will not be automatically generated during or after the payment procedure. You will receive this information in your Welcome e-mail.

We can host a website with a domain name that you have already registered. Please type your domain name in the order form, and then select the "I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only.” option.

After completing the ordering procedure and receiving the Welcome letter, you will be able to change the DNS servers, so your domain name points to your new Sen9 account. Normally it takes up to 48 hours for the domain name to resolve to your account.

You can also transfer your domain name with Sen9. Again, in the order form, please type your existing domain name, and then select the “Transfer Existing Domain.” option.

Please use the “Register New Domain.” option in the order form only in case you are ordering a new domain name with your hosting!

The main difference bewteen the addon domain and the parked domain is that the addon domain allows you to host more than one website on your account, while the parked domain is pointed to the main website on the account.

Our standard hosting plan allows for a single website to be hosted on each account. With the help of the addon domain, you will be able to host a second website in the same account that will share the resources of that account.

The parked domain is a domain pointed to the main website in your account. It is not associated with an independent website, but opens the same content as the primary domain for your account.

There is a number of scripts that you can have for free with your account. They can be easily installed through the Fantastico installer in just a couple of clicks. You can find the Fantastico feature in the cPanel main page – just look for the smiling face icon at the bottom of the page.

Please click on the name of the script you would like to install in your account (e.g. Mambo). Then, select "New Installation", type in the administrator's details and click the "Install" button. The installation will be done automatically and you will be able to manage the software immediately.

Please note that the domain name which is associated with the script has to be pointed to your account at Sen9.

If you are experiencing problems while installing a script, please request assistance through our ticketing system.

Sen9 allows media streaming from its servers for file formats that allow playing them with just part of the file being downloaded to the computer (such as mp3's, real media, and so on). Other formats, which require special software to be streamed, are not supported as we do not provide such software. We request that users refrain from setting up on-site MP3 players, etc.

Dedicated streaming servers are currently not offered.

Please note that for storing any media content you need to own the copyrights. The fact that you bought a music CD does not mean that the MP3-converted files on your account are legal. Same applies for any other type of media content.

We do not offer hosting for adult content websites. Please refer to the Sen9 Terms Of Use.

Please note that if any materials that are within the mentioned categories are found on your account, your account will be suspended until you agree to remove the files.

You do not need to install anything on your own personal computer. Everything that regards the functionality of your account is or can be installed on the server.

The only software you may need is an FTP client in case you would like to upload your files via FTP.
